Hans-Christian Udnæs (born May 27, 1963 ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Udnæs, who started for the Kjelsås IL , won the silver medal at the Junior World Ski Championships in 1983 in Kuopio with the relay together with Terje Langli and Vegard Ulvang . In the Norwegian championships he won over 50 km in 1987 and in 1985 and 1988 won third place with the relay of Kjelsås IL. He completed his only World Cup race in March 1987 in Lahti , which he finished in 22nd place over 30 km freestyle. In 1991 he was sixth in the Wasalauf .
