Hans-Peter Storz (born January 21, 1960 in Tuttlingen ) is a German Catholic theologian, politician and former member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament ( SPD ).

After graduating from high school, Storz studied Catholic theology and Latin in Freiburg im Breisgau. He then worked as a pastoral consultant and teacher.

Storz first moved into the town council of Singen in 2009. Shortly afterwards, he joined the SPD and was accepted into the SPD municipal council. In the state elections in 2011, he won a second mandate for the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg in the state constituency of Singen . In the course of the municipal elections in 2014, Storz was also elected to the Constance district council. In the state elections in 2016 , he received 12.8% of the vote and therefore no mandate.

He is a member of the Finance Committee and the Rural and Consumer Protection Committee. For the SPD parliamentary group he is tourism, economic, forestry and hunting policy spokesman.
