Hans Balk

Hans Balk (born before 1929 - died after 1931) was a German swimmer who competed for Göppingen 04 around 1930 .

At the German Championships in 1929 he won the title in the 200 m freestyle. He also took part in the 1931 European Championships in Paris as a member of the 4 × 200 meter freestyle relay (together with Werner Plath , Herbert Heinrich and Raimund Deiters ) . The team won the silver medal in 9: 48.6 minutes behind Hungary (gold in 9: 34.0 minutes) and ahead of Italy (bronze in 9: 49.0 minutes)
