Hans Lodin (born October 10, 1966 in Ullånger ) is a former Swedish ice hockey player who played for the Munich Barons in the German Ice Hockey League from 1984 to 2004, among others .

Career

Hans Lodin began his career as a hockey player in the youth of MODO Hockey , for whose professional team he made his debut in the second-rate Division 1 in the 1984/85 season . After a year with their league rivals Skellefteå AIK , the defender returned to MODO Hockey, which had in the meantime been promoted to the Elitserien and for which he played for another seven years before he was signed by Leksands IF in 1993 , for which he spent another six years who played the Elitserien. In addition, the left-handed shooter entered the European Hockey League with his team in 1998 and 1999 . In the summer of 1999, the Swede moved to the newly founded Munich Barons from the DEL , with whom he became German champions in the 1999/2000 season . In the following season he was able to qualify again with the Barons for the final of the German championship, but lost there with his team to the DEL record champion Adler Mannheim . When the Munich Barons were relocated to Hamburg after three years in 2002, Lodin left the club and signed with his ex-club Leksands IF, where he ended his career in 2004 in the Swedish Elitserien.
