Hans Ludwig Rohn

Hans Ludwig Rohn (* 1951 in Hattersheim ) is chairman of the German Myasthenia Society

Career

After his diagnosis of “ myasthenia gravis ” in 1992, he had to give up his job as a postal worker at the age of 45. Hans Rohn suffers from the rare neurological autoimmune disease myasthenia gravis.

Hans Rohn has been a member of the Deutsche Myasthenie Gesellschaft eV since 1993. He has been a volunteer regional group leader in Frankfurt am Main since 1998. From 2004 to 2007 he was also a regional group speaker. In 2007 he became the first deputy. Elected chairman. At the general meeting in Bensheim in 2009 he was elected chairman of the German Myasthenia Society.

He also represents DMG in federal committees, at the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices and in various quality assurance bodies in the health system.

Awards

On June 4, 2016, the head of the Hessian State Chancellery, Minister of State Axel Wintermeyer , presented Hans Rohn with the Hessian Order of Merit .
