Harald Rolf Maartmann (born January 5, 1926 in Oslo ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Maartmann, who started for the IL Heming , achieved third place over 50 km at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival in March 1948 . At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lake Placid in 1950 , he finished seventh over 18 km and fifth over 50 km. In the same year he was third at the Lahti Ski Games over 50 km and second at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival over 50 km. At the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo in 1952 , he came eighth over 50 km. At Norwegian championships in 1950 he won over 18 km and 50 km. In 1951 and 1952 he was third over 50 km and in 1949 second with the relay.
