The Haras El Hodood Sporting Club ( Arabic نادي حرس الحدود الرياضي, DMG Nādī Ḥaras al-Ḥudūd ar-riyāḍī 'Border Guard Sports Club') is an Egyptian sports club based in El Max, Alexandria . He is best known for his professional soccer team, which plays in the Egyptian Premier League , the top division of the Egyptian soccer league system.
history
The club was founded in 1932 under the name El Sawahel Social Sporting Club before it was renamed to its current name on July 16, 1974. The club won the Egyptian Cup twice (2009 and 2010). Between 2006 and 2011, the club took part in the CAF Confederation Cup five times .
