Harry's sounding museum is a museum for mechanical musical instruments in the Lower Saxony municipality of Schwarmstedt .

The privately operated museum, which presents around 90 exhibits from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, is housed in three rooms of a private house. The exhibits are barrel organs , orchestras , drum and record music boxes , puppet machines and reproduction pianos .

The museum director is Harry Natuschka, who has been collecting and restoring mechanical musical instruments since around 1980. A visit is only possible with a guided tour after prior registration. Admission is free.

In 2005 Harry Natuschka received the SPD Schwarmstedt Art and Culture Prize for his Sounding Museum. He is a member of the Museum Association of Lower Saxony and Bremen eV and the Society for Self-Playing Musical Instruments eV The museum is part of the German Orgelstrasse as part of the European Organ Roads EPOS. The museum has been entered in the nationwide directory and in the representative list of the Unesco intangible cultural heritage of mankind since 2017.
