Harry Arroyo

Harry Arroyo (* 25. October 1957 in Youngstown , Ohio ) is a retired American boxer in the lightweight . He became World Champion of the International Boxing Federation on April 15, 1984 when he defeated Charlie Brown in a 15-round fight in the 14th round by technical knockout .
