• Western Hartlaub Toko ( Horizocerus hartlaubi ), which traded as Hartlaub Toko before a subspecies was separated
• Congotoko ( Horizocerus granti ), which was previously considered a subspecies H. hartlaubi granti of the Western Hartlaub tokos
