Sven M. Hellinghausen

Sven Markus Hellinghausen (born April 19, 1975 in Altenkirchen ) is a German conductor and composer.

Life

Hellinghausen writes orchestral and choral works of various genres. His focus is on symphonic soundscapes played by orchestras. A highlight is the Francis Mass , which was composed for Pope Francis' 80th birthday and performed in St. Peter's Basilica in a collaboration between the State Music Association and State Choir Association of Rhineland-Palatinate .

He is conductor and organizer of the international orchestral project German Winds and publishes internationally under the pseudonym "Kane McLean" orchestral music for symphonic wind orchestras.
