Hartwig König

Hartwig König (born September 2, 1963 ) is a German film producer.

König has been working as an event manager, press and artist supervisor and production manager for music and theater since 1985. Together with zero film Berlin in 2000, he founded the Baden-Baden film production company zero südwest GmbH. In 2004 he finished his work there as a producer and managing director.

Since then he has worked as a freelance producer and producer for feature and documentary films and television formats. In 2009 he founded filmsyndikat Filmproduktion, which produced its first feature film, Der Brand, in 2010.
