Remnants of House Berchum

House Berchum was a noble residence in the Berchum district of the city of Hagen . It belonged to the lords of Berchum and other noble families. It was a fiefdom of the Counts of Limburg . The remains are on the Kockenhof road in the “Berchumer Heide, Reher Heide” conservation area . They were restored at the instigation of the home keeper Ernst Dossmann .
