House Pape
The Pape house is located in Bremen , Schwachhausen district, Bürgerpark district, Hartwigstrasse 37. The villa was built in 1927 according to plans by a government architect. D. Carl Krahn . The building has been a listed building in Bremen since 2001 .
history
The upper-class, two-storey, rectangular, brick-built villa with a basement and hipped roof was built in 1926/27 in the period between the wars for the merchant Georg Heinrich Friedrich Pape.
Krahn planned many villas, residential, terraced, commercial and country houses in Bremen.
Today (2018) the house is used for a law firm.
