The Hawai'i State Route 480 on the island of Moloka'i is a local link road in the US state of Hawaii .

To connect the village of Hoʻolehua with State Routes 460 and 470 , this connecting road was created for about six miles (ten kilometers), the part that branches off from State Route 460 to the north about one mile east of Molokaʻi Airport is also known as Puʻupeʻelua Avenue, the section between Hoʻolehua and Kualapuʻu on State Route 470 is also known as Farrington Avenue.
