Hey Shangquan
He Shangquan ( Chinese 何 尚 全 ; * around 1963 ) is a former Chinese badminton player .
Career
He Shangquan's big time was the 1980s. In 1982 he played in China's international match against England and defeated Nick Yates with 15:11 and 15: 5. At the Danish Open of the same year he was in the semi-finals in both singles and doubles. He made it to the top of the podium at the 1983 Asian Championship in men's doubles with Jiang Guoliang . A year later he was runner-up in the Thomas Cup with the Chinese men's team . In 1987 he was in the mixed final of the China Open with Xie Yufen , but lost there clearly in two sets against Zhou Jincan and Lin Ying . After his active career, he began to work as a trainer, taking care of the Guangdong team .
