Hey Yi
He Yi , 何 仪, Hé Yí, was an officer of the Yellow Turbans and worked at the end of the 2nd century AD in the late Han Dynasty . He and his division captured the city of Runan . Even after the Yellow Turban Rebellion ended, he kept the city under his control, but was captured by Xu Chu and executed by Cao Cao .
