Heike Langstein is a former German biathlete .

Heike Langstein became German champion with the relay in 1989, for which she was allowed to immortalize herself in the Golden Book of her hometown Medebach . In the 1991/92 season she was able to record her greatest international success when she came third in the overall standings of the Biathlon European Cup behind Michaela Hermann and Dorina Pieper .
