Heiko Redecker (born September 11, 1990 ) is a Namibian road cyclist.

Heiko Redecker was Namibian champion in the junior class road race in 2008. He also took third place in the Nedbank Cycle Classic and he came second in the Namibian Cycle Classic. The next year he won the one-day Copper Kettle and the first part of the Dobra Loop. At the Namibian championship he finished fourth in the individual time trial. At the African Championships in Windhoek , Redecker finished sixth in the time trial and thus won the silver medal in the U23 class.
