The Heilig-Geist-Kirche is a former hospital church at Heilig-Geist-Gasse 19 in Regen .

The hospital church donated by Hans von Degenberg was built from 1421 to 1425 in the late Gothic style. It underwent major changes in the 18th century. It received a baroque interior and a roof turret .

The "Heilig-Geist" hospital was built around 1425, which together with the church and the hospital courtyard formed the "Heilig Geist" village. The place was under the rule and from the beginning of the 17th century to the ducal care court in Weißenstein . When the communities were formed in the 19th century, Heilig-Geist came to the community of Eggenried. It was not until January 1, 1918, that Heilig-Geist was incorporated into what was then Markt Regen.
