Holy crowd
Various military elite or special units are referred to as the holy group ( Greek ἱερὸς λόχος hierós lochos ) :

- The holy band of the Greek War of Independence

- The Sacred Band (1914) formed during the establishment of the Autonomous Republic of Northern Epirus ;
- The Holy Band (World War II) , a special unit consisting entirely of officers
