Heinrich-Gross-Hof

The Heinrich-Groß-Hof is a listed residential complex in the Hamburg district of Barmbek-Süd and is located on Kraepelinweg, Pinelsweg and Reyesweg. It was built by the ship carpentry cooperative in 1928 and contains 128 apartments with a floor space of 30 to 74 m².

The ensemble of buildings was added to the list of historical monuments on November 26, 1985 as a housing estate from the 1920s. The monument protection includes the building with the entrance hall on Pinelsweg, in particular the figurative sculptures , among which the portrait of the ship's carpenter and a portrait head of Heinrich Groß are to be emphasized, furthermore the front gardens with the border of clinker walls , the terrace with the delimitation by a clinker wall and bars at the corner of Kraepelinweg / Pinelsweg and the stairs at the corner of Pinelsweg / Reyesweg.
