Heinrich Stark (lawyer)

Heinrich Stark (born May 15, 1928 ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Social Court .

Career

Stark studied law at the Free University of Berlin . In March 1952 he passed the first state examination and in November 1956 the second state examination. Then Stark initially worked as a lawyer for a short time . In September 1957 he entered the higher judicial service and was appointed judge at the regional social court in October 1959.

In June 1976 Stark was appointed judge at the Federal Social Court. There he was assigned to the 4th Senate, which is responsible for legal disputes in the areas of pension insurance for workers and employees as well as war victims and soldiers. In January 1988, Stark became vice chairman of that senate.

Stark was a member of the Joint Senate of the highest federal courts for 5 years and since 1990 a member of the Grand Senate of the Federal Social Court.

Stark took early retirement at the end of June 1992.
