The Heinrichshöhe residential area

Heinrichshöhe is a residential area in the village of Klein Gleidingen in the municipality of Vechelde in Lower Saxony , which is part of the Peine district.

history

The residential area is on the southern edge of Klein Gleidingen. The area was developed and marketed by Manfred Junicke and Friedrich Ehlers.

Based on the form of a historical Rundling village around a central Anger with fixed area and Weiher 29 are plots, none of which is smaller than m² 1000 on 6.3 hectare of surface. A park-like living and working landscape is to be created by restricting the buildable area per property to a smaller than usual size.

The area was fully marketed in mid-2015.
