Helias or Hélias is the family name of the following people:

  • Mark Helias (* 1950), American jazz musician
  • Petrus Helias (~ 1100– ~ 1166), medieval linguist or philosopher of language, see Petrus Helie
  • Pierre-Jakez Hélias (1914–1995), French journalist, writer, poet, folklorist and collector of Breton fairy tales
  • Siegfried Helias (* 1943), German politician (CDU)
