VAMED Clinic Hattingen

The VAMED Klinik Hattingen (formerly Helios Klinik Hattingen) is a hospital in the Holthausen district of Hattingen . It belongs to the Fresenius Group . It is a rehabilitation center for neurology, neurosurgery and neuropediatrics.

The clinic has existed since 1993. In 1996 the children's home was added. A move to another location has been announced for 2022. In June 2019, an agreement was reached to extend the lease at the current location until 2036.

The clinic has 210 beds for adults and 60 for children and adolescents. It employs 550 people.
