The Helland-Hansen Shoulder is a mainly icy mountain ridge in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Maud Mountains it extends from the western part of Mount Fridtjof Nansen in a southerly direction and towers over the north side of the head end of the Axel-Heiberg-Glacier .

The Norwegian polar explorer Roald Amundsen discovered and named it in 1911 during his South Pole expedition (1910–1912). It is named after the Norwegian oceanographer Bjørn Helland-Hansen (1877–1957).
