Hellmuth Baumann

Hellmuth Baumann was a Prussian administrative officer .

He was a member of the SPD and from 1929 to 1933 district administrator of the Wanzleben district of the Prussian province of Saxony . After his removal from office by the National Socialists in the course of their seizure of power , Horst von Windheim was his successor.
