Hendrik Ø is an island belonging to Greenland in the Lincoln Sea . It is located between the Sankt-Georg-Fjord in the west, the Sherard-Osborn-Fjord in the east, and the Hartz-Sound in the southwest. The latter separates the island from Warming Land. The elongated, about 56 km long island stretches from its northernmost point (Dragon Point) first in a southerly, later in a southeastern direction. Its maximum width is 14.5 km, its area 583 km². To the east, in St. Andrew Bugt, is the island of Castle Ø, in the southeast of Permin Land. Hendrik Ø is up to 1000 m high and is not glaciated except for smaller ice caps .

Hendrik Ø was discovered by Lewis Beaumont (1847–1922), an officer of the British Arctic expedition led by George Nares from 1875/76, who entered it on a sledge excursion along the north coast of Greenland and erected a stone man at Dragon Point. Beaumont climbed a nearby mountain which he named Mt. Windham Hornby. The island itself is named after Hendrik Olsen (1884–1917) from Greenland, who was a participant in Knud Rasmussen's 2nd Thule expedition and who disappeared during the hunt on the island.
