Henock Abrahamsson

Henock Abrahamsson (born October 29, 1909 , † April 23, 1958 ) was a Swedish football goalkeeper .

career

Abrahamsson played for Gårda BK in Allsvenskan . He was also the Swedish national goalkeeper . At the 1938 World Cup he was in goal in all three games, in the quarterfinals against Cuba he saved a penalty in an 8-0 win . After two defeats against Hungary (1: 5 in the semifinals) and Brazil (2: 4 in the game for third place), he had to be content with fourth place.
