Henri Skoda

Henri Skoda (* 1945 ) is a French mathematician who studies analysis in several complex variables.

Skoda studied from 1964 at the École normal supérieure , received the Agrégation in mathematics in 1967 and received his doctorate in 1972 under André Martineau . He became a professor in Toulon in 1973 and has been a professor at the University of Paris VI since 1976 .

For a long time he had an analysis seminar with Pierre Lelong and Pierre Dolbeault .

Skoda received the Poncelet Prize in 1978 . he was invited speaker at the International Congress of Mathematicians in Helsinki (Integral methods and zeros of holomorphic functions).

Jean-Pierre Demailly is one of his PhD students .
