Henry Fracker

Henry Edward Fracker (born September 11, 1907 in California , United States , † September 9, 1977 in Los Angeles ) was an American inventor and Oscar winner.

Life

Henry E. Fracker grew up in San Diego and showed an early interest in technical developments. At a young age he applied for patents for several of his inventions, including a sensitive voltage measuring device (Apparatus for Testing Acidity) , which he patented with Arnold Orville Beckman in 1934 . In 1956, Fracker received the Scientific or Technical Award Class III for his achievements during the Academy Awards.
