Henry Ramos Allup
Henry Lisandro Ramos Allup (born October 17, 1943 in Valencia , Carabobo ) is a Venezuelan politician ( AD ). He has been Secretary General of the AD since 2000 and Vice-President of the Socialist International since 2012 . From 2016 to 2017 he was President of the Venezuelan National Assembly .
