The Henschel PJ 600/67 was the concept for a low attack aircraft of the Henschel-Werke which was designed in 1941/1942.

description

The conception of the Henschel PJ 600/67 was designed by Hentschel chief designer Friedrich Nicolaus . According to his idea, the PJ 600/67 should act as a battle and low-attack aircraft, which should primarily be used against sea targets. Based on the Henschel Hs P 87, an aircraft was created that was supposed to carry a drop load of up to 2,000 kg. Two deflagration jet engines of the same type that were also used in the V1 were provided for propulsion .

The PJ 600/67 was designed without a landing gear and should be brought into the air using a catapult or mistletoe principle . Henschel's work already went into the wind tunnel tests and then into the production of a test aircraft when the project was stopped by the Reich Aviation Ministry (RLM).
