The Herbert Peitler transport (short HPV ) are a bus company in Upper Carinthia . They also operate an Eni petrol station (formerly Esso ) in the Mölltal.

history

In 2005 the most profitable motor vehicle routes of the Austrian Post were taken over by the ÖBB , the rest were sold to the best bidder. Since individual small bus companies had no chance against large national and international bus companies, 10 Carinthian bus companies (including HPV) joined forces to form "Kärnten Bus GmbH", which has since operated a third of the former Carinthian post bus routes.

Lines

The HPV mainly operate line 5114, but also the ski bus in winter and the hiking bus in summer.

  • Villach - Arriach - Innerteuchen
  • as well as school and kindergarten buses in the community of Reißeck

Vehicle fleet

The vehicle fleet consists of used former post buses from MAN and VW minibuses. (approx. 10 pieces in total). The buses are to receive a new paint in pure white, traffic red and daffodil yellow (like the former Postbus design), which are also the national colors of Carinthia .
