Heribert Benz
Heribert Benz (* in the 20th century; † March 29, 1997 ) was a German legal scholar, in particular a food lawyer .
Heribert Benz was named Dr. Heribert Benz in 1955 in Kiel with the work The legal position of the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic in relation to the German Reich. iur. PhD. He was presiding judge at the Higher Regional Court in Koblenz . Benz was appointed honorary professor for food criminal law at the University of Trier in 1993. He was the editor of the collection of food law decisions and the German food book .
In 1977 he was accepted into the Order of Knights of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem .
