Heribert Krammer is an Austrian sports official and entrepreneur.

Life

Krammer took over the presidency of the Kapfenberg Bulls in 2012 . In addition, the ece Kapfenberg shopping center, which he opened in November 1992 and runs as a managing partner, became the team's namesake and main sponsor. Under the umbrella of "ece Bulls", Krammer also financially supported the handball club HC Bruck, the volleyball club UVC Bruck and the Kapfenberg ice hockey team . During his tenure, the Kapfenberg basketball men were Supercup winners in the 2013/14 season, Austrian champions and cup winners in the 2016/17 season and Austrian champions, cup winners and Supercup winners in 2017/18, the Bruck handball players were promoted to the Bundesliga in 2012.

At the beginning of 2014, Krammer took over the shares of Immofinanz AG in the operating company of the shopping center ece and thus became sole owner.

In March 2014, Krammers ece Bulls withdrew from the ice hockey sponsorship, in June 2016 he announced the end of his engagement as the main sponsor of the Bruck handball players, because it had not been possible to "establish a core of sponsors and business people in Bruck with an affinity for handball". In September 2018 he stopped his financial support for the Kapfenberg table tennis Bundesliga team KSV. At the end of July 2018, Krammer resigned from his position as President of the ece Bulls and announced that he would be retiring as the main sponsor of the basketball team at the end of the 2018/19 game year. Krammer complained about the lack of support from the city, in 2014 he had already called for the construction of a new ball sports hall.

In February 2018 Krammer was awarded the Golden Badge of Honor of the City of Kapfenberg .
