Hermann Knispel (politician)

Hermann Knispel (* December 25, 1894 ; † in the 20th century ) was a German bricklayer and politician ( NSDAP ).

Knispel was a mill owner, mason and carpenter in Dluggen. He took part in the First World War as a fighter at the front . From 1919 to 1930 he was a member of the DNVP and joined the NSDAP on November 1, 1930 (membership number 637003). He was first local group leader and then district commissioner for the districts of Lyck and Oletzko. With the seizure of power by the Nazis in 1933, he made a career. In 1933 he was a member of the last provincial parliament of the province of East Prussia for the Lyck district and the NSDAP . From 1933 to 1939 he was district leader of the NSDAP in the Lyck district. In January 1935 he was appointed representative, in May 1936 provisional and in December 1936 definitely district administrator in the Lyck district . In June 1939 he was put on hold and in December 1942 reappointed to the district administrator in the Lyck district.
