Manufacturing lawsuit

A manufacturing lawsuit is a lawsuit by one spouse against the other for the establishment and realization of the conjugal union . The basis of the claim is § 1353 BGB. Charge is Familiengericht ( § 98 FamFG ). The judgment cannot be enforced ( Section 120 (3) FamFG), but it can serve as the basis for an application for divorce .
