The Herz-Jesu-Kirche is the Roman Catholic parish church in Kassel - Niederzwehren . It belongs to the diocese of Fulda .

The parish belongs to the pastoral association “Seliger Adolph Kolping” in Kassel Süd-Baunatal, to which the parishes “Christ the Redeemer” (Baunatal), St. Theresia and St. Nikolaus von Flüe also belong.

The church building is very distinctive as it is architecturally similar to a tent. Another feature of the building are the colored windows depicting scenes from the Bible.
