The Sacred Heart Church is a Catholic church in Kazlų Rūda on the Kaliningrad - Kaunas railway line . It is in the Marijampolė deanery in Lithuania .

history

In 1922 a parish was established. The first pastor, Kazys Bičkauskas, established a temporary church chapel in the former railway school in 1922. She was given 6 hectares of land. In 1923 the former Orthodox church of the Alytus Army was handed over to the parish. The present church was built from 1924 to 1925.
