The Duke of Villahermosa belongs to the Spanish nobility and grandees of the country. The first Duke of Villahermosa was Alfonso of Aragón, an illegitimate son of King John II.

The current title holder is Álvaro de Urzaiz y Azlor de Aragon (* 1937), 19th Duque de Villahermosa, who is unmarried and without an heir.
