Hewhocorrupts was a grindcore band from Chicago . They were best known for their anti- Metallica songs, in which they accused the band of "selling out" and parodied the band's well-known song titles . For example, they turned Ride the Lightning into Ride the Limo , and Master of Puppets became Master of Profits . The parody was compounded by the band's appearance in suits and sunglasses.

On January 14, 2012, Hewhocorrupts played their last concert in their hometown of Chicago. The music label Hewhocorrupts Inc. founded by the band in 1999 still exists.
