It was released on November 4, 2016 on the MP Records / Soulfood label. The album was produced by Chris Harms .
The title Sex Shot was released as a single in advance . A second video for The Bride, the Sea was shot, directed by Mark Feuerstake .

“Heldmaschine simply know how to convince! Thanks to Odin, they succeed again perfectly on their 4th work. Further developments are audible, old strengths are of course incorporated, and the topics are once again striking. Accusation and still enough "joy" themes alternate well here, as does the musical broadside. Sometimes hearty, sometimes calm. […] The electronic elements are again very strongly represented […]. Personally, I liked “lies” very much, but “heavenly bodies” still creates an enhancement. Keep it up!"
