history
Hispano FC association was founded in 1945 by Miguel Bulnes, Tafael Ruiz and Manuel Bulnes in a small bar in Comayagua. The newly founded club was initially called Hispano Galvez in reference to Juan Manuel Gálvez Durón , a minister in the cabinet of Prime Minister Tiburcio Carías Andino and later Prime Minister of Honduras. In the following years the club always played in the lower classes.
Hispano FC's success story only began in 2005. This year he rose for the first time in the top division in Honduras, the Liga Nacional de Fútbol de Honduras . Before the start of the new first division season, Hispano FC bought its competitor Municipal Valencia for three million Lempiras and thus strengthened itself with many good players, some of whom were resold for good money. This also enabled the club to keep the class with seventh place safe in the first season of the first division. Hispano FC still plays in the first Honduran league to this day.
