Filming of Hitna 94 began in August 2008. It was first broadcast on September 11th at 10:00 pm on Nova TV. The show was taken out of the program on November 6, 2008 after only 9 episodes due to poor audience ratings. The remaining episodes were broadcast on the Serbian broadcaster B92 . On August 25, 2011 it was announced that the remaining episodes would be broadcast on the sister station Doma TV . These were broadcast between September 1 and 11, 2011, exactly 3 years after the premiere of Hitna 94.
