Hohe is a village and southern district of the municipality Hehlen in the district of Holzminden , Lower Saxony .
history
The place was first mentioned in 822/836 under the name Haoga . Other names are Hogen (1252 and 1360) and to dem Hoghe (1382).
In 1973, Hohe was incorporated into Hehlen.
Culture and sights
The village church was built in 1252. The oldest piece of their equipment is the font. The organ from 1899 comes from Faber & Söhne. The community belongs to the parish of Holzminden-Bodenwerder .
