View of the district

The current district is located in the north and northwest of the city and was founded in 1401. The place later consisted of the districts Hołosko Małe and Hołosko Wielkie, which remained independent communities until 1930, after which Hołosko Małe was incorporated into Lwów, which was then Polish. After the end of the Second World War, both places came to the Ukrainian SSR as Holosko / Golosko / Голоско and Holosko Welyke was also incorporated.
