Ingo Kraft

Ingo Kraft (* 1961 in Hamm ) is a German lawyer and presiding judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Life

After Ingo Kraft graduated from high school in Hammonense in 1980 , he studied law at the University of Würzburg . He passed his first state examination in law there in 1985 . In 1987 Kraft received his doctorate on the subject of pollution control and land-use planning at the University of Würzburg and in 1989 passed the second state examination in law. In the same year he was appointed to the government of Middle Franconia as a councilor and appointed judge on probation at the Ansbach Administrative Court. In 1993 he was assigned to the Department of Security and Order of the Ansbach District Office. He was appointed judge in 1994 and appointed judge for life at the administrative court in Ansbach in 1995. As early as 1996 he was seconded to the Federal Administrative Court . There he was a research associate in the 4th  Revision Senate . In 1998 he returned to the administrative court and began teaching at the Law Faculty of the University of Würzburg. In 2001 Ingo Kraft became a judge at the Bavarian Administrative Court in Munich . At the Administrative Court and the Administrative Court he had with cases for public construction , municipal and local tax law , the nationality law and the right of association to deal.

In 2006 he became an honorary professor at the University of Würzburg and in 2007 a judge at the Federal Administrative Court. He was assigned to the 1st Revision Senate at the Federal Administrative Court, which is responsible for legal remedies on immigration and asylum law.

Ingo Kraft wrote comments in the so-called Berlin Commentary on the Building Code on § 19 and § 22 of the Building Code, numerous articles in specialist journals and comments on decisions.
