Song of the red star
The song of the red star ( Chinese 红星 歌 , Pinyin Hóngxīng gē ) is the theme music for the film A Sparkling Red Star from 1974 , which is very popular in China . The lyrics of the song, written in 1973, are by Wu Dawei and Wei Baogui, Fu Gengchen is the composer.
The song is the theme music for this war theme from the time of the Communist Party's struggle against the Kuomintang film from the time of the Cultural Revolution ; a spirited march music to which children march.
The song is one of the Hundred Patriotic Songs .
